currently, only the PHISSUG officers are assigned to moderate this forum. However, since the start, there seems to be no need of moderating this forum as members always exercise due diligence. and to answer your question, PHISSUG has not cme up with guidelines on how one can become a forum moderator. This might change in the future. Just stick around and am sure you be one of the first to know when that time comes.
