Sir, you can try searching the internet for this. there have been hundreds of samples using various approaches regarding Add, Edit, Delete and Search. As for a sample app that you can check, I am not sure if somebody can provide you with that as perhaps most of their apps are either owned by their respective employers or code is not possible for viewing. If you just want a TSQL code for this, i guess people here can provide you with that.

regarding these, i just want also to ask anyone of you who knows any function abouth BOOK database management sytem...Iam working on it right now..i use Vb6. and mysql as a database and it is really hard for me to add functions since the required function is 20 and i only know basics function....if you have an idea please shared it to me....thank you sirs!!!(note: mp kc namin sa school)

Well, I think you can extract specific functions in Reporting functions.
You can also add labelling functions, inventory functions,
